Slow and steady is awesome. AND I don't agree with the "over 40" so its harder. Watched BL too many years to believe that myth. :) But that being said, slow and steady is WAY healthier than super fast and extreme like they do. I agree with you, do more weight training...at least 3x a week. Muscle burns more fat in the "after burn" than does straight cardio. (up to 16 hours after a workout :)) Anywho, love your motivation and attitude!
